Nature of Services

Where Robin Reads provides digital promotional features and book-related content services, including book reviews, blog tours, and promotional features. These services involve planning, scheduling, and content creation.

Advance Payments

All payments made for promotional features or collaborations are considered confirmation of booking and scheduling.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital promotional services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or content has been scheduled or published.

Refund requests may only be considered if:

Work has not yet started, and
A written cancellation request is submitted within 5 days of payment.

Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of NYN Creative Studios.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. Once content creation, scheduling, or publication has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Disputes

For any payment-related concerns, clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
